Back of House
The Back of House Positions:
Prep/Line Cook - prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items. Line workers must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented for each sandwich/salad/entree made during a very busy lunch and/or dinner rush.
Pastry Cook/Baker - responsible for preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, cakes and pies. Our bakers perform the job with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. The baker plans, preps, and bakes all items while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
